    Moving a graph (contains hypelinks)

    Hi,

I have two graphs that I want to combine into one file (I am creating a dashboard).

However when I transfer the graph from one page to another I lose the functionality of it.

The graph "rollover hyperlink example" is working fine and this is the graph I want to move. You will notice that it has a cool roll over feature.

The file "Paul interactive Chart2" is the file where i want to move it - it also contains a graph which I have completed earlier.

However when I do the rollover feature doesn’t work. I have moved the module over but I don’t know what else I need to change - any suggestions?

You need to bring across the function

This will cause problems though as your already have a routine with that name.

    So rename it

Alter the formula in row 42

    =IFERROR(HYPERLINK(RolloverHighlightSeries(B41)),"6")

You will also need to change your named range valSelOption to the correct location.
    =Report!$P$44

Finally you will need to apply the same conditional formatting as in the rollover example.
    Cheers

    Hi

My dashboard is coming along nicely thanks to your help!!

I have a couple of other things which I am sure are simple to fix:

    1. I need to resize the graph without it affecting the actual graph, is there any way to reduce just the boarder? In the attached example I have highlighted in red what I need to remove so I can use the cells behind it.
    2. I have included a simple Pie chart – why is there blanks in the ledged?
