Headline data based on table (Offset and Match)

Hi

I have a data table and I would like an excel formula to find the Max and then report it along with predefined text.

If possible I would like it to return the following (based on the attached file)
The word “Highest” then I need it to show whatever is in the dropdown box which is in C1), Then I need it to find the max and report it.

I would want it to return the following:
"Highest Total Revenue is Excel School - Dashboards Membership - 121"

A formula similar to this I guess (but one that works - lol)
