Charts traffic light background

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can help, I'm trying to add a traffic light background to my charts (as the audience don't get the narrative), but is yet all of my attempts have led to there being two data sets on on chart with the T/L data on the left and the other data on the right.

I've looked around, but to no avail.

Move the area chart series to the secondary axis.
Enable the secondary horizontal axis and set it to cross on tick marks.
Delete secondary horizontal axis.
