Nearest matching co-ordinates

Got one that sounds simple, but really struggling with this.

In Column A I have a latitude, Column B a longitude and Column C a name. We will call this List 1. On another worksheet (List 2), I have another set of co-ordinates in the same format as List 1.

For each row in List 1, I need to bring back the name in Column C from List 2 for the closest co-ordinates.

Any ideas?
