How to do a wildcard match in a match function

I need a match function that will return a match even if it is not an exact match. For instance if Cells A1, A2 and A3 equaled the data FOOTBALL, MONITOR and COMPUTER and Cell B1 the equaled UTER I would want the Match function, Match(B1,A1:A3) to return 3 (the location of COMPUTER in the array of A1:A3) instead of returning NA since the text in B1 was contained within Cell A3 even though it is not an exact match. It does not necessarily have to be the match function that does this but i thought that it would be the best place start. Thanks.
