Creating Individual Rosters from RAW Data

Hello -

I am trying to create individual team rosters from a large amount of RAW data considered to be my central roster. I want to be able to drop the central roster into one worksheet and have each individual team to be listed on separate worksheets. Is this possible using VLOOKUP? If so, then how do I do it? I've included an example file of how I want it to look. I have 3 worksheets total. One labeled "Roger's Team", one labeled "Bob's Team", and one labeled "Central Roster". I need the employee name and ID to be transferred over to the appropriate worksheets. Hopefully what I'm asking makes sense.
