inserting images into a data point

Hi all,
i am wondering if there is a way to insert an image into a data point. When a user clicks on a data point on the chart (not the cell), an image (static is fine) would show up. I'm trying to show evolution of a over time and it would be helpful to show images of what is happening during different times.

Have a look at the attached.

It uses the mouse over event on the chart to change the picture in a picture box on the chart. You will need to populate the first sheet with local images.
