Pull stock Data from Yahoo...Excel 2010

I'm sure this has many solutions. Is there a tutorial or an add-in that makes importing
Yahoo ( or Google/MSN Money) stock data into Excel 2010. I have tried many hours with the web Query and cannot seem to
pull in just the "quote"(last price". I get a lot of other data that I don't need.

Hope that helps; incidentally, if you can, or become aware of how to batch convert Multiple stock ticker data to MetaStock format, I would appreciate a buzz about it.
Oh, and for the scripts found above to work, you must enable macros.
