Freezing Panes within panes already frozen...

I have a group of columns that I've frozen and now I'd like to freeze some rows within those columns. Is there a way to do this?

    Short answer, no.

AFAIAA, you can only Freeze Panes once on a worksheet.

You can Freeze Panes for rows *and* columns but you'd have to unfreeze and refreeze in the new position.
