Macro to create summary table

What I have is a workbook with two data sheets i.e. ‘Data’ & ‘Summary’, on the ‘Data’ Tab I have three columns of data i.e. Code, Description, Expiry Date with each code having a description and an expiry date. What I require is a macro (not a pivot table) to check the ‘Data’ for each code and summarise them on the summary tab i.e. Code, Description, Expiry Date (N.B. a code will only ever have the same description and expiry date)
