    Data Referencing Across Tabs

    First, Thank You.
Second, any information on the tab I need help with can rearranged to work with your Excel function except the first tab – entitled ‘Data' - I need that to stay in the same format it is in, but the data can be changed if necessary.

Survey Questions are across the top in row 1 K through AF of the ‘Data' tab

Inman Summary Tab (All data in this tab is erroneous and can be deleted to perform the formulas if necessary - feel free to reformat to get the formulas to work)

In Cells B4 through B20 I need to count the number of surveys submitted based on the data in ‘Data' tab. In the end of my project, the ‘Data' tab will contain other RVP Names (Inman) and other Pharmacy Names (Denman Pharm Serv) and when all is said and done and I will have to replicate this ‘Inman Summary Tab’ 13 times. Therefore, the formulas will need to look for specific RVP Names and Pharmacy names so I can easily replicate your formulas and merely change the name. I only included sample data for one RVP (Inman)

In Cells B28 through R46 I need to calculate the average survey score by question and by pharmacy by referencing the data in the ‘Data' tab. This will need to reference an RVP Name (Inman) and a Pharmacy name (Denman Pharm Serv) so I can easily replicate your formulas and merely change the name

In Cells A47 through R49 I need to tally the Yes, No’s, and NA’s in column AE of the ‘Data' tab. This will need to reference RVP Name (Inman) and Pharmacy (Denman Pharm Serv) so I can easily replicate your formulas and merely change the name

Can someone add the formulas and send back the file - I tried nested if statements on top of V Lookups and cannot get it to work

    Thanks

For Hopewell it says you have 0 surveys for them, how did you come up with 0? I see lots of numbers to the right of their name in the data tab. You said you got it from the data tab, but I'm thinking it came from the green highlighted cells at the bottom of the first tab called Inman Summary

See attached. I higlighted everything yellow or orange on what I changed.

Tommy - You are the man!

I added another tab - 'Meyer Summary'. I am going to have 13 of these Summary Tabs and need to make sure these summary tabs are only searching for info from the 'Data' tab for the appropriate RVP name (column F of the data tab). Can you change the 'Inman Summary' Tab to only search for information where the name 'Inman' appears on the data tab - I am not sure the formulas are set up this way as the file stands now.

Tommy - You can ignore my statement above. I see what you did. Thanks!
