Excel 2007 : How to do a Data Fitting?

Hello everyone
I want your help in Fitting Data in Excel

i have two columns of data , i want to know the equation of the data in order to do a data fitting

can you help me in telling me :
1- how to know the equation from the sheet
2- how to do a data fitting

i attached a sample data , i want the data fitting to be between Ƞav(cP) and T(C°)

Hi,

I could just make out that the last column i.e, T(C) has the differences of 2s and 3s, see the attached file.
It would help the forum to understand if you can share some information about formula or their background.

thanx dilipandey but this is not what i want !
i want the equation , the formula between C column and D column
and from the formula ,, i want to do a curve fitting
but

i don't know how to make fitting
