Pickup database sheet table contain base on Dashboard sheet criteria

Hi

This is my second post which is simmilar to my first post.
But here there are 4 criteria to pickup table contain.
1.Name
2.Training Type
3.From Date
4.To Date

-If I select a name the whole table data for the name I selected should appear.
-If I Select a training only the all detals for selected training should appear.
-If I give some date range the all data belong to the selected date range should appear.
-If I select name and Training the data for particular name and training should appear.
-If I select name and date range the data for the selected name and selected date range should appear.
-If I select Training and date range the data for the selected Training and selected date range should appear.
-If I select name and Training and From date to Todate range the data for selected area should appear.
