Formula result to drive Pivot Table Field change

Workbook contains a number of PT's that are driven by "Menu" selection of PT1.

A recent added refinement ranks days in hospital (LoS) by medical diagnostic categories (MDC) through ranking processes that is not a PT (due to rather complicated weighting processes of revenue, days, % of work etc not able to be included as a calculated Field). Hence the 1st ranked MDC can be identified through lookup formula (LU1)

The Drs involved with the 1st ranked MDC can be listed by another PT (PT2) currently having to be done by manually selected.

The refinement I'm looking for is to have the Drs list in PT2 generated by the product of the formula LU1.

I have VBA script that generates outcomes for all PTs in the workbook except PT2 consequently my management reporting process is not as autmated as I would like.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
