I am sorry that I failed to make you understand my problem. Here the context of my problem:
I am working in an Exam Center where we hold tests of different companies. The companies provide us with Rolls/Registration Numbers of the candidates and we make sitting arrangements for them. What we usually do is to enter all the Registration Numbers in Excel and sort them from Smallest to Largest. Then we copy these Nos to paste them in our seat plans of different rooms.
