Matching values from 2 columns and returning the value in 3rd column

I have 2 worksheets in a spreadsheet, the raw data and a main worksheet where I am trying to pull certain data into. Please see the attached file to see what I am trying to achieve.

As an example, I want to know how much time Tim Smith has spent on training creation, thus I would need to look in the 'raw data' tab, the answer is in cell e11. I therefore want to pull this information into the 'main' tab, so in essence it looks up both fields and then outputs into the correct place in the main tab. In this example the response should be 0.3

Eventually my 'Main' file will contain all of the task names that appear in the 'Raw Data' file, so can I easily adapt the formula so that I can output the value per task name and dependant on the resource.

Can anyone assist me with a working example of how to achieve this?

    Thank you so much.

The spreadsheet "My data v2" only has one tab

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
