Change Scatterplot chart to show categories instead of values

I have a scatterplot in Excel with values on the Y axis and numerical categories on the X axis (labeled 1-21). However, 1-21 corresponds to a descriptive name and I would like to display these text-based names on the X axis rather than the numerical value.
