Count and Countif within existing formula

Hi There,

I am trying to do two different counts within my existing formula. If you look at the attachment, in I2 and J2 the formula is adding up the response times from column E, but I would like to change these to do the following;

I2 - count the total number of records that match (for I2 answer should be 8)
J2 - cound the total number of records that equal N/A (for J2 answer should be 5)

Not sure about I2 Whether you want count total date make 8 or number count 3. First Try I2 =COUNTIF(A:A,H2) make 8. If count number put in =COUNTIFS(A:A,H2,E:E,">0") make 3. Then J2 =COUNTIFS(A:A,H2,E:E,"N/A") make 5. happy with it then copy down.
