How to know the outstanding balance amount of a loan?

Suppose,my current EMI ( equated monthly instalment ) is Rs.15000,Rate of Interest is-12% p.a. and Loan term ( Balance ) in months are-68 Months.
Can I know the outstanding balance through an excel formula? It should be come Rs.737504.

It means there is no excel formula for calculate the same.

Check out the attached workbook where you have the actual calculations in excel to derive to loan balance. I belive there is no straight forward function to help you get the loan balance amount. This one i have downloaded from web research, believing it might help you.
