Display annual Leave Dates by employee

I am still new to these excel formulas, now and again I pop back for your help !!

I have begun to compile a staff annual planner which has been ok to this point, now I am stuck.

Within the attached excel file on the worksheet "holiday form 2012-2013", there are cells underneath "Holiday Dates already booked" and I want to show all dates previously booked by each employee, on the same page the employee ID no can be selected and is linked to other worksheets showing annual leave entitlement, annual leave booked and remaining which is linked to worksheets PLANNER FEB 13 - 31ST MAY 13,PLANNER JUNE 12 - JAN 13

Can one of you helpful peeps guide me in the right direction or even post the code for me please !!

    Thanks in advance

    J

Why dont you attach a sample output file that you would prefer? We can assist you in automating it further.

Re: Display annual Leave Dates by employee

Basically when you select the employee on sheet "holiday form 2012-2013" it does everything I want it to apart from showing the dates already booked, data entered on sheets PLANNER FEB 13 - 31ST MAY 13 and PLANNER JUNE 12 - JAN 13 is broken down by employee and date of annual leave , you enter a "H" for 1 day holiday and "hh" for 1/2 day holiday

Sample of what I need it to show , say I select ID No 4 wayne it should show on sheet holiday form 2012-2013, I want it to show

HOLIDAY DATES ALREADY BOOKED ( display by by D/M/Y )

    01/02/13 - 02/02/13 - 04/02/13 - 05/02/13 - 06/02/13 ( etc )
