    Removal of 000's and a lookup formula to populate cells

    To say I am a novice at Excel is probably an understatement but I have an issue that I am hoping someone will be able to help with?

    I will try and explain but please see the attached image:

    I need two things really the first is to remove the 0000's at the beginning of the serial numbers column (red) but secondly I need a formula to look up the serial numbers from the left hand side against the serial numbers on the right (red) and input the appropriate readings in column BE and BF.

    Hope that makes sense and please let me know if it doesn't
