I am using Excel 2007. My pivot table has 400 rows and over 6 columns. The first 200 rows on Column A are merged and shows "CompanyA" (vertical alignment: middle, horizontal alignment:center). The next 200 rows in Column A are merged to say "CompanyB". The other columns do not have merged cells. The setup works perfect, except that Excel displays only about 50-60 rows on the computer screen. Because of this, the user will not be able to see what is on Column A unless it is clicked [the cell extends beyond the page and hence the content does not get displayed]. This is especially problematic when they scroll up and down the sheet.

Is there a way that the contents of the cell moves up and down within the cell, so that it is always visible (like a sticky) when the cell is visible on the screen? Most forums suggest Freeze Panes - that does not solve my problem.

Solution to this issue will be highly appreciated! Thanks!
