how can I type a number in 1 cell to populate into 2 others on another sheet within the same wookbook. I need to do this with several cells and I need it to do this everytime I change the number in the first cell.

Hi,
It's not exactly clear what you're wanting. Trivially you could just link the two cells to the first cell with an =A1 formula.
If it's something more than that then upload your example and manually add the results you expect to see and tell us which cells they are.
