saving excel worksheet to a PDF file

    Hi

I am getting mysel into a bit of a fluster trying to convert individual pages on a worksheet to a PDF file , is it possible to convert the individual pages in a worksheet to individual pdf files instead of converting the whole worksheet to pdf?

    thanks
    baz

You can set the print range, save to pdf, change the print range, save again, etc. This, of course, is best done through VBA.

When you go to Save As PDF, click on the Options button. This will give you the ability to save specific pages, the current selection, active sheet, or even the entire workbook.
