Rank amounts and duplicated in descending order

I need a formulas to rank in descending order.
Ranking needs to take into account same amounts
in each column and assign a different rank
number for duplicate amounts.

Hi
C2: =RANK(A2,$A$2:$A$21)+SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$21=A2)*($B$2:$B$21>B2)). This Rank A2:A21 then count B2:B21
or =RANK(A2,$A$2:$A$21)+COUNTIF($A$2:A2,A2)-1

D2: =RANK(B2,$B$2:$B$21) Reason this Rank is you put in some B2:B21 35.6923076923077%. If you put in 35.6? Then you need this =RANK(B2,$B$2:$B$21)+COUNTIF($B$2:B2,B2)-1
or =RANK(B2,$B$2:$B$21)+SUMPRODUCT(($B$2:$B$21=B2)*($A$2:$A$21>A2)). This Rank B2:B21 then count A2:A21.

Any way to turn this formulas in deccending order. Ranking in descending order so the highest sales or margin show highest ranking and the lowest one to show ranking #1.
