I track inventory for a construction company and I need to exclude counts for red text. Any suggestions that don't include macros? Multiple people use this spread sheet and many of them have almost zero excel knowledge so I don't want to make things to complicated.
If the text is made red by means of conditional formatting, then you can do without macro. Or if you can add some sort of flag for the red texted numbers in another cell within same rows... otherwise you will need macros.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
