Excel 2007 : vlookup to return a cell outside of table array

Hello,

Is there a way to use vlookup (or another formula) to return a cell in a column not part of the table array? I can't make this column part of the table array as it includes numbers that are the same as the original number I am doing the lookup for. I have attached a simplified spreadsheet.
