Scenario

Basically I have spreadsheet of figures for a company

I have been asked to complete the question:

What is the optimum combination of the salary and the drawing percentage such that the final
balance at the end of year 10 reaches £40,000?

I take it I need to use a scenario so that I can find the optimal combination but I am not sure of how to do it. Do I have to continually keep changing the values until I get to the £40,000?

If you could post an example, it might help.

My first guess would be to set it up in a way that you could use a goal seek on the 40,000 cell.
