find duplicate and replace by the content of the cell to the duplicate

I 'd like to find duplicates of the current cell in the another sheat of the same spreadsheet, and replace the current cell by the content of the cell just at the right of the duplicate.
For example, the current cell is sheatcurrent.C30, it contains text, I need to check if there is a cell with identical text in three other sheats (sheat1. sheat2. sheat2.). Let's say sheat1.D457 is identical, I need to replace the text of sheatcurrent.C30 by the text from sheat1.E457.

Is it possible using functions?
