Need an equation to index match based on a criteria, Within another equation...

Cell D2 needs to equal (A2*130%)+the bonus pp in column M that matches the week # in column C2

So I am thinking I could use index column M and match cell C and return that value in the equation, but is it possible?
Do I need to have another helper column? or can I do it within the equation itself? Would perfer the latter, as I am sure I could index match myself.

    maybe?
    try vlookup instead

    =(A2*130%)+VLOOKUP(C2,$K$3:$M$8,3)

and the values in d2 you've given, is it correct. i tried it manual but ????

    Hi 00Able,

In D2 put this formula and pull it down

    =A2*1.3+VLOOKUP(C2,$K$3:$M$8,3,FALSE)
