Excel 2007 : generated drop-down list with excel formulas !

I created excel file attached below and I don't know why in cell A1 is not generated drop-down list as in cell F1? I was wrong formula in cell A1? We ask this because in cell A1 I wish I could select list as in cell F1. And excel formula I want to be compatible office 2003.

Little help please.

Thanks, but it is not correct.

I want see in the cell A1 the drop down list from cell F1, and that using excel formula from cell A1. For example, in the cell A1 I write:
=IF(OR(C1=1,D1="six",E1="ten"),F1,"error")
Now, In the above formula excel I write F1 and I want replace the F1 with another excel formula, so in cell A1 to be reproduced exactly drop down list from cell F1. So how do this?
