Conditional Formatting - No Results

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if someone could have a quick look at my spreadsheet and see if they can see why my conditional formatting isnt working. I have been looking at it for ages and cannot spot the problem. basically the row colour should change depending on what the person types in column B. so if they type the following they get the following line colour:

"Pending" = line colour yellow
"On Cover" = line colour green
"NQ" = line colour grey
"Quoted" = line colour Blue
"Diaried" - line colour blue

for some reason they are not working! any help as to why is much appreciated!!
