Formula to give Day and Year from Date Range and include in Pivot Table

The enclosed file contains Data and a Pivot Table. Firstly, I would like the column L (Day) to contain a formula which will automatically show the day of the week based on the column B (Date). Secondly, I have a problem with the Pivot table. The Jan column is showing figures for both 2011 and 2012. How can these be shown separately, ie Jan 11 and Jan 12. Finally how can you change the order of the columns so that the latest month ie Jan 2012 is next to the Grand Total column and then working backwards by month. Any help is appreciated. Kevin

    Hi

You do not need to add extra columns. Just use the "date" column as row or column for your PT, then right-click the date, select group, and select year, month and day.
    Adapt your layout as needed
