Find Missing value's from 2 lists, and display them on a separate sheet

Hi,

I have to count and Identift the number of staff who leave the business each month.

I have a simple spreadsheet with a list of current staff numbers for January 12 Sheet 1. In February 2012 I will recieve another list of staff numbers, which I put into sheet 2.

I would like to compare the lists and Identify which staff numbers are missing from Februarys list therefore identifying the total number of leavers, and create a new list on sheet 3. All the data will be in column A on all 3 sheets.

Is it possible to use a formula to compare both lists and then generate a new list of the missing staff numbers.

The list can be hundresd of rows long.
