consecutive dates in excel 07 ( 5 , or 6) where dates are consecutive?

in excel 07, given a list of dates in a coloumn, how do i create a forumla which tells me how many

(i) 5 consective dates are in that bank of dates
(ii) 6 consecutive days
(iii) 7

etc

please help im desperate.

hi thank you for the reply. i think i should explain my problem more clearly: if you have a set of dates in order in a coloumn: and i want to create a formula which tells me how many days which are consecutive ( 5 or greater) in that bank of dates without having to go thru all the dates manually, how could I do this?
