I created an Excel macro by recording key strokes. I activate the macro with a CTRL-F keyboard shortcut. I would like to change the activation shortcut to CTRL-Q without going through a complete re-recording of the key strokes. Thus the macro will remain the same--only the keyboard activation will change. Can this be done???

Bring up the macros dialog (Alt+f8), select the macro in question, click the Options... button instead of the Run button, and change the shortcut there.

That works fine. Thanks. I also found this works: Click on Developer, Macros, Select macro to be changed, Options, change letter to activate macro. It's just a longer route to get to the same place.
