I want to know that do we have any option in Excel to split the cell in to multiple cells on the basis of special character. I have text in range and every text have @, I want to split the cell on the basis of @.

not technically split but you can add columns use formulas to extract certain information based on "@"

Can you post a sample template?
Assuming data start in A1, drag this across and down until blank cells appear. if these are email addresses, you'll only ned to drag across two columns...
=TRIM(MID(SUBSTITUTE("@"&$A1,"@",REPT(" ",125)),125*COLUMNS($A:A),125))
