Excel 2007 : Pivot table tabular form and duplicated row values

I have a pivot table which I would like to look like the pasted special values and formats in the attached. Is it possible??

Basically I want the row labels in the first column of the pivot to populate the entire column rather than just headings

you can go to the Design list from the menu,
than use the report layout and select repeat all item labels

Repeat item labels only works in 2010. In 2007, you cannot do it with a live pivot (you have to paste special and fill in the blanks, using SpecialCells) unless you add a new column that is unique for each combination of fields you want to pivot on, then hide that column in the pivot. See attached.

I don't have the option Repeat all item labels in the Report Layout area, see screenshot ???

As I mentioned, that only applies in 2010.

Thanks for the idea with hiding a column with a unique field in, that has worked, shame we don't have the new excel
