Excel 2007 : Combinging Subtotal with Countif

Morning All,

Is there a formula that combines both 'Subtotal' and 'Countif'?

I am trying to get the number of suppliers with spend per Buyer. I am using a rather large data range (A14:AH890). The various buyers are in Column B, suppliers are in Column F and the month TD spend is in Column AH. I want to see how many suppliers the buyer in question has expenditure with per month. From this I can then calculate per buyer the percentage of spend per buyers families and combined i.e. using the filter I can see I had spend with 94 suppliers which is 39% across my families and 28% of spend across suppliers for MTD, all buyers.

If more info is required I'm happy to submit a snippet from the sheet.

Can a supplier be listed more than once in the same month for any one buyer?

Suppliers are only listed onceSample.xlsx
