ok this may be a tuff one to explain. Working with a workbook.
I did not create. Creator is no longer with the company.
Workbook has a database(worksheet) call masterlog were we enter all leads and their sources(self gen, marketing ,mail, referal, Store 1 , store 2 etc...)
I see 2 pivot tables(with drop downs) one is "lead source"-its drop down displays the leads mentions above(tech turnover, self gen, marketing ,mail, referal, Store 1 , store 2 etc...)
The second pivot table has a drop down(Turn over, Retail, Store, BLank)
Somehow
Turnover=Tech turnover
Retail=self ge,marketing,mail,referal)
Store=store1,store2
How do I edit the second drop down. I want to add store 3 to the "store"
Store=store1,store2,store3
I cannot see anywhere in this workbook how"turnover,Retail and store" were created. I dont see a list tab for these.
When I look at the drop down for lead source2 it now
displays
Turnover
Retail
Store
Store3
I hope I am explaining this clearly.
