Hi,
As far as I'm aware there is no sort of minimum height parameter associated with the AutoRowHeight functionality
Row heights are set at sheet level not workbook.
To bring any sort of control to row heights you'd need to write a small macro which first set text wrapping, then autosets all the row heights and finally loops through each row to detect a height less than your minimum and reset it to the minimum.
