Check validation cell results and react accordingly

I have a validation list from cells D12 - D20 which means I can select from Yes, No or NA

I want cell D21 to read the answers selected in these cells and then put Yes or No in cell D21.

Example: if all of the cells from D12-D20 read as No - cell D21 = No, if ANY cells from D12-D20 are Yes I want D21 to read Yes?

I cannot find out how to do this?????

    Re: Formula help Excel 2003

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

Since this is your first post I'll change it for you, but please note for future occasions.
