representing values with large range in excel

Consider I have some values like this:

8, 541, -430, 9, 547, 4, -1, -6, -424

If I want to plot them, as you can see, the vertical axis range is very large (from -430 to 550). So some values (8, 9, 4, -1, -6) are not shown properly. I mean they are shown closely to zero.

If I want to plot them on a piece of paper, I will put some symbols like double '~' on vertical axis on both positive and negative sides.
Hence the positive vertical axis is divided in two parts:
from 0 to 10 with step size 1
from 540 to 550 with step size 1

also the negative axis is divided to two parts:
from -10 to 0 with step size 1
from -440 to -420 with step size 1

How can I do that in excel.
