Greetings!
I need to generate a daily report as we launch our new service desk that shows the following items tracked on a daily basis ignoring weekends:
- Number of Incidents Opened
- Number of Incidents Resolved
- Current Backlog
- Average Time to Resolution
I can easily get all this info from a picot table and do so overall. Now the individual resolver groups want versions of just their group. Can a code wizard automate this for me so I can update the raw data tab and have it easily generate the needed data by group? If I did it one by one it will quickly become my whole day.

The opened time is A1, Resolved is A2, Time To Resolve is in AD1 & Assigned Group is J1
I'm getting backlog by adding previous day's backlog to today's new incidents and then subtracting today's resolved.
