    Crowded tabs when splitting sheet

I have split my sheet to display just the first column on the left side, and then the rest of the sheet on the right side; and my various tabs are now crowded on the left split (which is only 208 pixels wide).
I have only 4 tabs, but 208 pixels is not enough space for even that few tabs; it looks bad and is tough to use.

There is probably a simple fix for this, as it is generally the simple issues that bring me to a halt. Thanks in advance for any help!

Re: Crowded tabs when splitting sheet

this may not work for your situation, but is it possible that you could use "Freeze Panes" instead of split in this scenario? that will keep all of your tabs in the same way they are with an unsplit sheet.
