Filter a rollup workbook by month with data from other workbook

I am trying to filter the rollup data by month.

I edited this workbook(very close to biz version). Live its a rollup workbook on its own and each store is its own workbook on a sharpoint so each can load their own data. 6 stores.
So I know some forumla need to be specific if they need to load external data.

What can I do to the rollup sheet to just display feb data or then March data.

    Thanks
    Dennis

    I tried these 2 formula's
=COUNT((MONTH('[8256 Vero HD Tune Up Tracking 2012.xls]Master Log'!$A$2:$A$2500)=2)*1) <--to count the number of leads entered with a fed date
=SUMPRODUCT((MONTH(--('[8256 Vero HD Tune Up Tracking 2012.xls]Master Log'!M$2:M$2500="Booked"))=2)*1) <--to count the number of booked calls with a feb date...This one will be more complicated as there is no date in this cell just booked or not booked......
