If anyone could help me with this I'd be most grateful.

We have a sheet which contains several columns, one with a code, one with the description of the code, and one with the monetary rate for the code. I currently use these codes upwards of 10 times a day, often using multiple codes, and I am copying and pasting from one worksheet/excel document to another, which can be quite tedious and time consuming. I was enquiring whether I could set up some sort of link between the two, so that when I put the code in in another worksheet, excel detects this and brings up the corresponding rate and description for me. I should add there are a large, large number of codes however I would say we commonly use about 50 of them daily.

Any help would be most appreciated.
