Linking Cells in Order

Hello, I am looking to make a form using excel that will have a homepage with all entries then each tab(new sheet) will have each entry in a organized manner. Without making a headache, I want to have a new sheet link to the previous sheet but get all the data from the row below on the homepage. For example, Sheet 1 row 1 says name: Bob Age: 23. row 2 says Michael 34. On sheet 2 I want a summary of row 1, so on A1 to display bob and B1 say 23. On sheet 3 to link directly to sheet 2 and say michael and 34. Is their a formula that allows for this loop to spit out a B1 and B2 on sheet 1 to A1 and B1 on sheet 3 by never using sheet1 in any formulas. Basically I want a formula in sheet 2 to be a add on but move one row down. Thank you for your help.
