Generate report of count of unique occurences of data for each column

Guys

I tried everything from Pivot to using formulas to show the unique occurence with count of the sales number. None of them worked. I would appreciate if some one can help me in organsing the data for my client who need the data to be formatted as shown in the attached excel file (results tab).

For each month, I need to show the unique sales figure and the count. Additionally I am using these two columns to calculate the total.

Appreciate any help otherwise I need to do this manually and this will take me ages for each sales guys

Hello kuul13,

If you only have numbers in Data sheet, here is the one way. Row 1 in results tab is helper copy that formula in each month's above cell. You can hide this row. Copy A4:C4 formula down & all monthly columns.
