Hyperlink VLOOKUP, Copying different columns by order from hyperlink doc to another.

I need hyperlink vlookup and some copy paste formulas help.

Hello first of all to all of you and i need help cause i am excel newbie and need to get this dont till i learn how to use
excel formulas properly and decently. I need this help to save me some time at work cause i need to retype many things that
are kind of same in 2 different excel documents.
Please be a little patient and look the example with the attachments and read what i've typed below:

When i type in collumn D a serial number like 512-15, the number 512-15 to be found in Book 1 and the numbers from the row to be coppied
in Book2 in the same row but only by following order:

The date typed in column "J" in Book1 to be copied in Column "A" of book2

The numbers in columns "E, F, G" of Book2 to be equal to numbers in columns "B, C, D" of the row where serial number 512-15 is written.

By the same order columns "I" and "J" of Book2 to be equal to columns "F" and "J" of Book2

Column "B" in Book2 to be the same text typed in column "M" in Book1

Column "C" in Book2 to be the same number or text as column "K" in Book1.

And if possible the number in Column "L"of Book2 to be generated like this:
If first number of the serial 512-15 is 5.....the number to be 5
but if number of the serial is 1112-14, the number in the column "L" to be 11.
If that's not possible at all it's not big proble,

Please tell me how to create the hyperlink and do this formula or command with vlookup or anything else.
I am losing too much time at work to retype everything that's why i need to solve this issue so that it will not take too much time.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me.

Thanks but it's not correct for what i need.
I need the exact numbers from my original book1 first of all, and on book2 i only want to type the serial number 512-25 for example, and all other data to be entered automatically from the book1.
I know that it's better to use one book but unfortunately my work requires 2 books instead of one.
In book1 i enter everything manually and in book2 i need automated copy paste values from columns and rows as i explained and need to be exactly same from book1.
For example when i just type manually the serial 512-25 in book2, all other fields to be filled automatically from the information of the serial in book1.
If you could help me it will be much appreciated.

    I done in Hyperlink.
Book 1. This does type in 512-25. Click Go to Record will automatic go to book 2 number

But if you looking for automatic copy and paste. Then you need VBA. I no good in VBA.
You need to go to Excel Programming forum for this.

What I done in vlookup. Sample You put manually in book 1. Book 2 lookup from book 1. That way you don't have to manually in book 2.

This is best I can do for you. Unless anyone come up with any idea?

    Cheers
